How can I pay for my order?
All payments are processed using PayPal. However, you are not required to have a PayPal account to make purchases. We currently do not accept cash or cheque.
Please ensure that your PayPal address is up to date; unless otherwise requested, this is the default address we will ship your order to. We cannot accept responsibility for orders lost in the post or posted to the wrong address.
PayPal uses the highest levels of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we post to every corner of the globe! Postage costs for international orders will vary. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order total before you make your final payment.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
All orders are sent out First Class via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery in the UK is between 1-3 working days. Any order placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day.
Please allow up to 14 working days for all UK deliveries to be made before contacting us, as we need to allow for any possible postage strikes, weather issues etc.
During bank holidays and festive periods, postage may take a while longer - please be patient.
Where is my order?
If you have not received your order within 14 days of the purchase date then please contact us via email so we can investigate this for you. Please provide us with your full name, address and PayPal username. Unless you have paid for a tracked delivery option, we are unable to provide tracking numbers for our dispatched goods and cannot take responsibility for their whereabouts.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are valid up to 28 days from the purchase date and will be fulfilled where possible. However, all returned items will be subject to a thorough quality check. If the goods are found to be damaged or tampered with then Enigma Streetwear Ltd. withholds the right to deny you a replacement or refund.
Unless we are personally responsible for shipping you a faulty product or a product of the wrong size or colour then we cannot cover the postage costs for your returned items. We strongly suggest sending returned items via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that go missing in the post.
To avoid unnecessary hassle, please check your order and postage details carefully before making your final payment. We advise you to use the size guides provided on the product's page before placing your order.
Our returns address is printed on the sales invoice included with your order.
How can I contact Enigma?
Please feel free to contact us by email [[email protected]], through our contact page or any of our affiliated social networking sites. We aim to reply to all enquiries within 48 hours. Please be patient if you do not hear from us immediately. Our thorough quality control procedures should avoid any need for complaints but if you do wish to air any concerns then please contact us via email only. Please provide us with your full name, delivery address and PayPal user name.
Do you restock sold out items?
We aim to restock any sold out items to the store as soon as possible. We always post regular updates on our social networking pages, so keep an eye out or send us a message.
Do you offer endorsements or any sort of sponsorship packages?
We're always on the lookout for up and coming bands, artists and athletes to work with to help us push the brand forwards. If you would like to be considered for a possible endorsement then please do not hesitate to get in touch, we'd love to hear from you.
